Our Goal

Our goal is to provide companies with a highly personalized and professional service on their imports from the United States into Australia. We spend a considerable amount of time perfecting our processes which involves developing relationships with our providers (shipping lines, airlines and trucking companies) to insure that our customers receive the best service possible. We only work with the best providers in the industry. Our customer base generally consists of companies that have or are looking to develop a long term relationship with Lloyd International. Such a relationship leads to the successful and smooth transition of goods from their suppliers in the United States to Australia.

Our business plan is to be the best in one trade lane and that is from the United States into Australia. Over 90% of our business is in that market. Due to the large volume of freight we move we are able to operate from  position of strength when it comes time to getting limited space on an aircraft or ship when our competitors can not. Lloyd International has grown to become one of the largest movers of both air and sea freight from the Unites States into Australia. We never rest on our laurels and continue to look at ways to improve our services to our customers.
